We are ready to begin the challenge to determine who will be representing St Thomas-St John in the 2017 Eastern Caribbean Golf Association Tournament at the Cusin Art Golf Resort & Spa in Anguilla. The rules of engagement will be the same and team members will be selected based on the following point system for competition in six (6) separate events:

1st-100; 2nd-80; 3rd-70; 4th-60; 5th-50; 6th-45; 7th-40;8th-35; 9th-30; 10th-25; 11th 10

During the qualifying season, there are no play-offs and players are awarded the same number of points for ties. If at the end of the season there is a tie for the final team spot, those players will play a 18 hole match to determine the final position.

This year’s events will include: Four (4) Saturday qualifiers to be incorporated with the Skins game on April 15, May 13, June 17 and July 15. The final two qualifiers will be the St. Thomas Open on August 12 & 13.

A ball drop will be conducted for the Saturday qualifiers and competitors will be grouped based on handicap…1-10; 11-20; and 21 or greater. We are hopeful that this will continue to create a more efficient and enjoyable competition. To obtain points, players must complete the round!  Please be on time to present your ball for the ball drop at 11:45 am sharp.
